LETS HIKE GEORGETOWN-ROWLEY STATE FOREST

Hike Georgetown-Rowley State Forest Rowley/Georgetown MA. Let's explore this 1,112 acre forest with great views of beaver ponds and extensive woodland habitat. A moderate hike of about 4.5 miles along wooded forest trails, including a section of the Bay Circuit Trail, with open views of red maple swamps. Hopefully, we'll have the opportunity to observe witch hazel in bloom, one of the regions latest blooming trees. . From I-95N take exit 53B (Rte. 97 west) towards
Georgetown. Follow rte. 97 for 1.6 miles before taking a right onto Pingree Farm Rd. It is about 0.7 miles to the parking area.
